Emissions containing significant dust particulate matter can be hazardous to the respiratory system and visibility of workers and those on adjacent properties, adversely affecting their health and safety. Our polymer is mixed with water in set proportions and sprayed from air cannons into the atmosphere to effectively reduce dust particles that hang in the air (like smog), especially PM2.5 and PM10.

Through positive and negative charges, AIR-CAP™ increases absorption, rapidly capturing dust particles in the air (using the agency of water) to bond small particles into combinations of larger particles that become heavy and fall to the ground. Visible and non-visible PM counts can be significantly reduced. Our China based research indicates that a more than 50% reduction of dust particles hazardous to health and safety can be achieved using our product.
