Regular heavy vehicle traffic on mine haul roads and other unsealed roads causes high dust conditions leading to safety risks and operational inefficiencies.

Our polymer is mixed with water in set proportions then applied to road surfaces using water cart spray equipment. The solution is absorbed into the road surface, controlling dust emissions at source. Under normal conditions, heavy vehicle traffic will quickly break particle bonds created with just water. However, once HAUL-CAP is introduced, the pressure from truck movement forms a profile in the top road surface layer, achieving better dust-control performance by 300% in some cases. In addition, the evaporation time of water is extended by 20-30%. By extending evaporation time and facilitating superior road surface particle bonding and density, our product can achieve significant efficiencies in water cart operations and dust control, as well as improve worker safety and productivity.
