Sites involving significant earthwork, stockpiled material and large embankment surfaces all suffer loss through erosion by wind and rain. Erosion of this kind often precipitates uncontrolled dust.

Our polymer is mixed with water in set proportions then applied using existing spray systems, trucks and equipment to vulnerable dust emitting surfaces. The aqueous solution forms a hard shell within the surface layer that resists the effect of strong winds and rainfall. Once applied, SITE-CAP™ controls dust for longer periods of time through enhanced particle bonding.

For surfaces where long-term dust stabilisation is necessary, after application, our product dries to form a stable crust on the surface that effectively eradicates unwanted dust. Different concentrations of SITE-CAP™ can achieve the desired results for specific situations.
